The Japanese Seizure Test

I set up this website to determine whether or not the epileptic symptoms suffered by a particular episode of Pok�mon where Pikachus eyes flashed rapidly from, as I understand it, red to blue affected only Japanese children or has the capability to affect a much wider range of people.

I personally have never watched this episode, but I heard that thousands of children were rushed to hospital, and a large quantity of them were affected when a excerpt was shown on the news later that day!
